Privacy notice
This page explains, in plain words, what personal data this website collects, why, and what your rights are. Resolv is a project in its market-validation phase: we only collect what we need to reply to you.

Data controller
The data controller is Nicola Galliera, as a natural person, within the Resolv project. For any request about your data you can write to info@askresolv.com.
What data we collect
Only the data you voluntarily enter in the contact form: name, company, email, machine type, usage scenario, an indicative number of technicians or machines, and your message if any. We use no profiling cookies: to understand whether the project draws interest we only collect aggregate, anonymous visit statistics (see below).
Why we process it
For one purpose only: replying to your request — a demo, information, or a commercial contact. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). No automated marketing, no mailing lists.
How long we keep it
At most 12 months from the last contact, unless a commercial relationship arises in the meantime. You can request deletion at any time.
Who can see it
Only the controller. For the technical delivery of emails we use Resend Inc. (USA); for hosting and anonymous visit statistics we use Vercel Inc. (USA). Both act as service providers with the safeguards required by the GDPR for non-EU transfers. Data is never sold or shared with third parties.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of your data (arts. 15–22 GDPR). Just email info@askresolv.com. If you believe the processing infringes the law, you may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
Visit statistics
To understand how many people visit the site and which pages they view we use Vercel Web Analytics: it measures visits in aggregate, anonymous form, with no cookies, no persistent identifiers and no collection of personal data. We also record, anonymously, how many requests are sent through the form (demo, information or commercial) — just the count, never the content. The statistical data is processed by Vercel Inc. (USA).
Cookies
The site uses no profiling or analytics cookies: visit statistics are collected without cookies. Only technical cookies strictly necessary for operation may be present, for which no consent is required.
